API specification linting

• Documented an API endpoint from the Chimoney app using Swagger editor.
• Linted the documentation with spectral and edited using spectral guidelines, correcting parts such as:
  • Adding message to the error codes
  • Adding the schema for the response body for easy skimming
  • Including the authorization method
  • Adding a server to the specification
